yes but the mining minister is not very smart. The previous one agreed already that it created cashflow and also helped LLL test the transport routes etc. You dont process dso any more than it is and Mali would have to be happy their entity which they own 10% of , by then, will make money...perhaps. so i believe the stopping is everything to do with FFX as leverage or he is really unintelligent. Which do you think?
