What the suspension did to SP of LLL is well known fact and the momentum is broken for long halt, however people consider the geopolitical risk after Niger crisis and involvement of Mali authoritarian government to support Niger crisis has elevated risk, and now news to cancel DSO is not very encouraging, not undermining external factors between China and US chip war. I think SP will find its bottom quite soon but may take some time.
