of course but there are plenty of risks mining in the territory, the new Finnis river bridge has already washed out once, so there is definitely risk and they have a tiny resource, I would expect all of the trucks to be bogged by Nov and the pumps will be running flat out to keep water out, plus the possibility of land claims in the area.
