    Forgive me if I'm wrong but I thought they were gross shorts per day against total number of shares.
    My info says there are 987,234,976 shares and on on Thursday it was 0.27% shorted = 2,665,534
    There were 12,284,656 traded so it was more than 20% short trades on Thursday.

    Please correct me if my logic is wrong.
