THey should have got Gangfeng to invest in LLL like the rest of us, we are here for the asset and there was no blocking reason why Gangfeng shouldnt be treated as a shareholder like the rest of us.

The good news in all of this is 99m volume yesterday or or circa 10 percent of retail float is now 10% of new owners, Owners with a entry price of 50's thereby giving us a solid platform for long term growth.

LLL worth 500m now with 45% of a 2.9b US asset . 5% of this was sold for 137m , meaning 45% is worth somewhere around 1.25b

Why the discount?

67m in the back = EV of less than 450m

Share market priced it wrong but as much as we want to complain, market pricing is Price and Emotion - the relationship between this is the P/E premium where right now emption is discounting the hell of our price...

The discount is deserved until the relationship with the Malian government is clarified. It seems to have gone from chummy tours of Mt Cattlin with the former Minister, to an adversarial relationship under the new one. Sovereign risk is the largest risk affecting this company imo, and they said yesterday that the ministry didn't even respond to their letter about the direction to cease DSO production.
