read OZ blue's post from 2 days ago. It explains it perfectly.
when a stock is outstanding then it will be manipulated by big institutions to buy their share at a price they approve of.
Unfortunately it results in the same kind of activity as a crap stock...ie going down.
so how do you differentiate it from the crap stocks?
1. you have to know the quality of what you have. In FFX LLL case i think you have to agree its world class on Lithium and on gold its going to be a solid producer. The question, as Rick Rule would say is not IF, but WHEN will these things happen? Thats the kind of question he likes.
2. What do the brokers think? Sprott $1.15 Cannacord $1.30 and Euroz....whatever.
3. Do we have majors taking a position? Van Eck etc...
4. What is the major trend of the stock? It should be up and for FFX it is clearly up.
Todays announcement was a rib tickler. We can buy more knowing its likely to be even better than it was going to be.
cheers contra
