i am sure traders bought up on Tuesday and earlier expecting an announcement of sorts. They plan to sell into the surge on open and when it didnt appear they sell into the depth and down she goes.
Frankly i think today was a cracking announcement an lays out the plans for the future of Goulamina.
This JV being ramped up will leave us with nearly 100% of the original 436ktpa (which would have been 90% or 392ktpa) as our share. more accurately about 337ktpa or 86% (based on 45% ownership)
That is substantially better.
