note 2 says
"Eligible Firefinch shareholders with a registered address in Australia, New Zealand or a qualifying jurisdiction."

I have emailed Michael and Dannika to see if I can get a definitive answer on what constitutes a qualifying jurisdiction. Once I hear back I will post a reply.

I received the following prompt reply today regarding the above and whether the U.K. is a qualifying Juridiction.

"
Hi John

Thank you for your email. Firefinch currently anticipates the U.K. will likely be a qualifying jurisdiction, subject to receipt of U.K legal advice.
Further details will be provided to the market in due course.
