    They paid 130 mill USD & provided 40 mill debt for their half share of the JV. If you keep it that simple you have all you need to know.

    Still a very good deal, no doubt, but as it came w BOAs tied to downstream pricing and was an early commitment to first major African project prior to lithium take off 2.0 not unreasonable.
