For the resource upgrades at currently planned throughput capacities, I agree with you to some degree (although as you alluded to, it does put us on the map for a lot of people that wouldn't notice otherwise).
Only exception (where this could be more worth it) is if they find a deposit worth expanding their planned throughput for - whether it be 2 years in or 5 years in, could be very material to expected revenue
