Probably a bit of both. There are a couple of other lithium plays that are market darlings right now.
That said, my initial thoughts about the market waiting for how the infrastructure will be funded still stand. It may not be possible for the smart money to move on BGS until they can plug all the variables into whatever calculations they use to make investment decisions.
