A very positive result, but I get the feeling the SP won't really move until BGS confirms where the $200M or so worth of startup costs is going to come from. Deposits from offtake partners? Debt? Cap raise? I know there are negotiations, but I don't think the market will really respond until BGS can show us what these arrangements will actually look like.
Whilst BGS get these ducks lined up, there's still time for non-holders to hop on, as well as existing holders to top up before BGS shoots the lights out, IMHO.
