he selling is not simply overhang from the 3B just exercised, although I'm sure some is. I wish it was that simple but there is and has been for some time  a deliberate attempt to hold back the SP. You don't continually put a 500K sell order offscreen if you wish to unload shares.  

I do however agree with the rest of your statements and believe this PFS will be the trigger to move forward. Mainly as it should see new big money finally move in due to the exposure I hope we soon get. I am expecting the BOD and our new PR man to come out swinging now, as we certainly have a great reason to after today. PLS had a similar attack on the SP for a long time and they eventually managed to shake it as I'm sure BGS will.

Just so frustrating to watch.
