In anycase I certainly see the startup at 2 quickly moving to 4MTPA in the way PLS are doing. There are certainly the hints in the PFS it will go that way.
Logically we should follow the PLS valuations but it will need the BoD to get out and inform the market - particularly in UK/Europe/Singapore where they may see investment in Africa more favourably than the small Aus boomers investment community.
