Not disagreeing with any of that. All I will say however is that heritage approvals are not an easy road. My day jobs is in environmental and heritage approvals in WA and I can tell you they are not easy. Just getting a survey done is a nightmare. The survey itself only takes a few days but just getting the Traditional Owners to respond to consultation, lets alone agree on survey dates can take months. Then just be happy if they turn up on the day. Don't get me wrong, I think the heritage approvals and TO consultation are important but man it can be frustrating. To me there is no surprise they have all other permits in place and are waiting on heritage clearance.
So in summary I will cut them some slack on the heritage approvals side. The lack of communication to shareholders is totally unacceptable imo.
