Topo was likely referencing the proposed sourcing of graphite concentrate feedstock through Technografit (unknown source, as far as I am aware, but could very well be Chinese). Rather dramatic otherwise and already has little credibility with prior posts.
RNU has clear Chinese links. EGR is gearing up to be entirely independent.
