The shareholder community dont have faith in the management after the idiotic capital raising. The lack of interest & turnover allow some to manipulate the closing share price down with a few dollars of purchase like today:
With less than $2/trade x 5 trades, they put the closing share price down to $0.025 when the vwap trade for the day is in excess of $0.026
