6 mill is a decent chunk of the capital expenditure. If we were to take that off the spend and re do the IRR calculations this thing is looking even more attractive. Add in a few more resource upgrades and those resources to the LOM the IRR is going to be through the roof. The market is what it is, but EQR is a screaming buy to me. (I moved funds from Mincor into EQR at 6.4c on the post ann reopen). Patience is still going to be the real earner with EQR it would seem. Hopefully over night a few more people run the numbers after being interested with the 6mil grant news and jump on tomorrow.
