It's pretty simple. Share price is a reflection of buyers and seller.
This stock isn't well understood and neither is tungsten, but the fact remain they are nearly fully funded and won't be going to shareholders or brokers to raise capital. The only way to own this is on market. The valuation numbers are pretty compelling for those that understand the project.
Maybe you should buy some.
