You're right but in this case I think they are asking about PEPR (locally pronounced as "pepper" all new mines in SA have to go through a number of stages to approval, after the application is submitted and after public consultation undertaken a ML may be granted, then the PEPR is submitted and describes the way the mining will be undertaken and how rehabilitation will be implemented. This addresses issues such as trucks creating dust in local areas, water use, community support (or not) potential for other hazards etc etc etc it's all detailed on the DEM website and doesn't take much research to find. if you're investing in companies with operations in SA you should understand the regulatory process. Not talking about you raysea, you obviously know this stuff. I'm often surprised by the lack of research and requests for basic info by 'people'.
