The November announcement has his claim to fame as director of Sundance Resources.

I wonder to myself: What's the rationale? How does the interview go, if there is one?
"So as a director of Sundance, you had 2 failed corporate deals now Sundance is delisted and basically bankrupt without any financing deal for progressing anything, so you have great business strategy skills and corporate governance, we'll hire you : )"
Similar to the WA politician that sniffed women's chairs and was hired by Brierty and then Brierty went bankrupt (and I think the rat jumped ship to another outfit that have no morality and hired him or something).

yes, these are unpleasant people that cause suffering. very unpleasant losing most of the value of an investment.
