The preferred bidder as per company announcements is a West African Company, social media and the "I have heard" grapevine (loose lips sinks ships) has indicated it to be Corica - the same contractor as awarded by LLL, the ME-IM would be construed as a Portugese Company? ?

The rehabilitation costs and the Convention loan are transferred to new owners (as per my understanding) of the Morila Convention.
