If we assume those assets are worth something, sure the net position is less. Except they’re looking to sell those assets for nominal consideration. Don’t we have reports that they transferred out remaining cash. And even if they didn’t is it still there to offset? From memory the rest is gold, which has presumably since been sold.

directors haven't made it clear as far as i can tell but usually "selling the asset" would be morila which is the entity, assets AND liabilities, plus or minus any adjustments people don't usually sell an asset and keep the liabilities associated with that asset people not understanding man's law in relation to legal entities perhaps
