Directors meet how many times a year and most likely take what management are telling them at face value, provide guidance based off that.

Our management team most likely taking what our in country team was telling them at face value as our management team was in Mali for less hours than the board meets yearly.

But LLL retained our country manager and other services, makes it all the more confusing about who knew what and where the breakdown was.
