How anyone can exuse that performance????
It has nothing at all to do with the so-called location risk that some carry on about - that is a 'furphy'.
Our position via Legal Advice is that we are not liable for the debts of Morila SA.
We need to stand by that unless it is proved otherwise.
We all have $ at stake.
To make matters worse LLL has been dragged in on what appears to be our equivilant of 'consorting with known crxxxxx'.
Probably trying to get LLL to incriminate FFX in some way. Same thing happens in Aus.
LLL cannot be held responsible. It just adds pressure to management, the JV? and the SP.
In the meantime best to stand by the no FFX liability Legal Advice.
