Here is a shock, lol .. .. ..

On the one hand, I agree in essence of Firefinch approaching the ASX re: escrow shares released early.
~ if this was agreed on (highly doubtful) it would give shareholders the LLL shares (sooner) without the additional worry that the Company will be delisted by the time they can actually deal with them!
~ my only addition would be that they remain in escrow in our holding accounts until escrow period expires.

On the other hand, I don't agree as shares placed into involuntary (mandatory) escrow were so for a reason.
~ on what grounds other than the Mali standoff would they be applying for their release?
~ we (the Company) aren't in a financial stressed position (currently) but
~ we (the shareholders) could be in a financial stressed position because of illiquidity of the escrow shares?
+ maybe if shareholders that are in this position all sent enquiries to the company & ASX it could have an impact?
+ although, in reality LLL shares were never going to be returned to us, but there again we never thought the "deal of the century" moment would end as badly (and still going) as it has.
~ the ASX would be inundated with requests (IMO) if it allows escrow to be relaxed.


Quite honestly, unless there is a miracle around the corner, the time any of this pans out (Mali) there won't be a bidder?
~ who the hell would, the only saving grace (IMO) that the Company won't/can't present a proposal until Morila is settled is we won't get the $0.20c per FFX share Corporate Transaction deal put under our noses - there would be a stampede for it now if it was!
