Ann: Government of Mali - Update, page-3

Seems the current BOD have been juggling a number of balls at once in attempt to get the best resolution for shareholders, their previous failings aside are we better off dumping them mid discussion or waiting this out with current board?
Huge question and hinging on the 249d...vote with your heart or head?
I'm going head and voting against changing of the BOD.
