Stellar plan, then we can extract all the value from the lithium asset, Hopefully, we have a good relationship with the government of whatever country that asset is located in.
It was a mistake to arrogantly take a hardline walk away approach because we "legally" could and so stupid to claim we have no idea what is going on. The government clearly feel we have a moral obligation to close this out, probably due to whatever promises the A- Team made to them when having the mine transferred across. No point telling the government to look in the mirror, everything that was in our control was mishandled and mismanaged and that is all that matters.
I'd love the government to crucify the former owners to set an example for what is tolerable, but we are much easier to bully. Alistair should come back and lead the pursuit, third act redemption for buying a tailings swamp.
