Ann: Government of Mali - Update, page-65

Obviously there were problems on the ground at Morila for a while. I get the feeling Mgmt haven't publicly talked about what really happened and that's why they are referring to it as 'legal matters" in the latest update. Why aren't shareholders privy to this information ? For this reason I think they chose to walk away.....neglecting their responsibility to the enviro/community etc. Unfortunately the Malian Govt have levelled up and are now calling the shots, with LLL held to ransom.

I mean its a pretty terrible situation, the current board can't be trusted and the potential new board obviously don't have the skills to negotiate with an African Military Govt. I just hope LLL come out of this okay, the resource is amazing.
