Who would take on $200m liabilities for $0. I mean we bought Morila I suppose.
So we are currently being held potentially liable (as alluded to across multiple announcements together with a belief we won’t ultimately be held accountable) for the liabilities of Morila, after walking away from the assets. So if those assets aren’t there, and we can’t handball the liabilities, and we’re held accountable for some/all of those liabilities, then the data I’ve reposted is that position.
Anyway here’s the comments, in short PwC have said “we were unable to obtain sufficient audit evidence regarding the classification of items within the disclosure of financial performance” (aka the Morila financials I’ve pasted below cannot be sufficiently audited for the 10 months Jan-Nov we controlled Morila - why not?)
