Some people are just petrified of change, even if for the better.
They will just continue to bend over & touch their toes & do as they are told.
FFX management, & I use that term loosely, have decided to release this announcement to instil fear into holders prior to the scheduled vote/meeting.
They must be delusional to think that an educated holder would think that after the last 12 months of doing FA apart from gorging on ludicrous salaries & performance shares they are any better placed to deal with the situation than the local publican.
