The new board will use consultants and lawyers just as the current board is. I really don’t see any benefit except the fact that people become appeased by the fact they get an announcement that things are progressing.

Where is the actual benefit? Transparency? An occasional we are progressing things update?


Also do these proposed directors understand the kind of liability they are opening themselves up to? I do not envy either set of directors at all
