    When was this letter received? All is says is 'recently.' 1 week/1month/3 months?
    What are the issues with the mine, exactly?
    Why not tell us what these issues are?
    This announcement is next to useless in telling shareholders anything.
    Which begs the question: is it wilful obfuscation or scaremongering leading up to the vote?
