so we're leaving it up to the gods then - marvellous .. living in the world of what makes sense - I reckon we're sorted. Spanish bureaucracy is playing out, the locals want it, the business model makes a lot of sense with the deposit being so close to the Euro ag harvests - supply chain and all that .. potash prices are depressed but the smart folk are forecasting an improvement 2021 .. another risk I see are the Germans who may use the EU to prevent the start given they are a major exporter - maybe not.
