Agree on the lack of ASB promotion and need for a PR firm. I went to the last ASB shareholder meeting and asked the board to consider taking shareholder communications off Paddy and engaging a PR firm. I raised concerns on compliance with listing rules, decisions on what is price sensitive, hard to understand announcements, a lack of coherent messaging around achievements, the worst website I've seen in a while and ordinary presentations.
The market isn't seeing value and ASB aren't selling the company. I got a dismissive we will take that on board from the new Chair. And my reward? A badly written announcement issued on Friday, not marked price sensitive and the share price slipping back under $3.
