Hi Uni, no-one is going to get bank finance in Tanz only Development Bank finance and to get that they will have to jump the hoops of Equator Principles and intense due diligence. .....not to mention solid rest of world offtakes. The alternative is to take Chinese money or some debt facility where you're going to get your ass served to you on a plate. You can build an equity book like SYR but you're going to have to get your share price sky high and I think that was a one off enabled by the graphite hype at the time.
