    "intends to" was the phrase used.

    Intentions are nice, but they dont mean much. When a deal comes through that says 'we have an MOU to import X kilos of MM to Australia for sale" then i'll agree its market sensitive.

    By all means, I like the content of this ANN, but it is not MS IMO.
