i'm sure there was some personal motivation in there also was happy with the movement friday and soaking throughout the week... wanted the trend to finish on a high note....in hope it might continue this week...

some patience from sellers early in the week might see some nice movement if coupled with another construction update...last one was thurs 28th july.. based on past history, would suggest another one by thursday..
