I don't go into as much detail as you (but again good post and thanks for highlighting it!!!!).
My reference to the logistics, is that GOZ is not a pure office play.
If things get sh**ty enough they also have non-office exposure.
I use a scatter gun approach, I don't take concentrated positions in any single stock, instead I scatter gun across the globe, looking for opportunities.
