I also see opportunity but after a bit of research I'll play devil's advocate
1 The dividend without Franking is average compared to Banks, Miner's etc without Franking ( risk/ reward) !
2 I agree that the NTA looks compelling but are the figures correct as the market disagrees and from observation quite a few of the industrials look new and vacant
3 Does GrowthPoint INT with 63% - position the balance sheet towards their agenda as GOZ S/H have been underwater for years with debt the issue.
4 Australian management has little skin in GOZ
5 Interest rates will not be cut - for years IMHO unless the American debt of 35 Trillion, Australia 1.5Trillion is addressed short term .
6 The market breaking all time high's recently
