Hi
Goz has office space, combined with the 14 lease due to expire....is that what causing price to go down
what the chance 50% or more will not be renew.
how hard is it to get new tenants for these lease.
what are some of the potential weakness of this stock.
i.e.
14 leases due to expire,
office buildings
i just want to be ready for any bad news....cant understand drop in price
