re: Ann: GPT to Exit Newcastle and Redirect C... This is a massive blow for Newcastle. State Govt indecision to blame. This was going to revitalise a very rundown city centre. Plenty to offer with a pretty harbour and beaches just a stones throw away.
Hopefully another Company will see the potential and buy the real estate and project outrightly from GPT. otherwise some really cheap real estate about to hit the Newcastle market.
