I have not yet accessed the prospectus, but am wondering in the wording that the CDIs being sold as part of PAC's payout, they refer to eligible investors - what does that mean? Always being an optimist, does it mean that there might be a clause that allows existing PAC shareholders to have some preferential access to these shares? Might have some reading to do.
