its possible that one of the funds that copia owns like OC owns PAC and so Copia may need to disclose. i am not sure.
pinnacle and fidante much bigger. potentially PAC still a bit subscale. could make sense to consolidate and leverage complimentary distribution. as you say, wishful thinking.
