I would ask PAC through website. The CFO normally advises whether tax is payable or not and under what law.
I suspect PAC will have to pay tax as it is unfranked dividend via the CDI, but there may be some differentiation due to US Australian tax agreement as PAC holds through the US based Northern Lights Trust.
Anyone know Trust Accounting and Foreign Tax rules?
