i believe it was GR that did the BS restart assesments & BFS contributions last 5 years.
from memory the results were-
- 6-9 month restart timeframe
- offtake & funding easy
- gold production conversion easy
- $20M to restart circuit 1&2 low grade ie under 1.0%, $12M circuit 3 for high grade over 4%
(2014 this was only $12M in the GR engineering outcomes teport)
- 16% concentrate product of Ni plus Cu credits
- pos spent some $60M on BS 2014 to 2024
- recently 2024 they discovered large gold deposits all over BS tenements, a 3km strike right under the open pit & mill

In the current GP boom, there is no doubt this BS MILL can be restarted cheap & fast & become a mass money making free cashflow machine.
Just add ore & convert 5% of its parts to Gold production with additional melting pot circuit. Its got the belts, feeder lines, rom pad, tailings dam, ni melting units, crushing circuits, dozer offloading areas, concentration circuits, sag mill, roads, staff camps, toilets, dongas, rec room, airstrip, et al.

Note- POS already spent some $50M upgrading & renovating BS for restart 3 times last 10 years so a lot of that capex has been invested already.

i dont think you hrz guys realise the $1.5B cost this BS project cost to build & upgrade nor its mass production size & scale.
Its a MONSTER.

Pos had 3 false start restarts of it -
in 2014, 2019 2022 restarts of BS were planned but NP collapsed on cue.

you wont need more than $30M & 9 months imho.
compare that to IGOs Nova that took 4 years & $800M capex to build & start.

HRZ got a massive advantage & can be bigger than Kanowna Belle imho.
market is realising BS & its Monster Mill is the key to making this a $2B MC imho.
