No one seems interest in this co anymore except Masterman.

It would be silly to quit amongst all these good news. Hopefully we do not get taken over at the bottom.
Pve is in a lot better shape than when they were $1.80 in 2009 and the founder has never sold any share apart from swapping and increasing.
Maybe the old saying was right ! BUY WHEN NOONE WANTS IT ?
The long term holders probably have gut full of the Italian bureaucratic laws regarding permit etc.... But for 12 cents a share it seems bloody cheap to ignore and to sell out now, so for me I will hold on till the end or as long as Masterman still have confident to buy more !
