The latest report looked good but the share seems dead. No one seems interest in this co anymore except Masterman. I am putting it at the bottom draw for now ! It would be silly to quit amongst all these good news. Hopefully we do not get taken over at the bottom. Pve is in a lot better shape than when they were $1.80 in 2009 and the founder has never sold any share apart from swapping and increasing. Maybe the old saying was right ! BUY WHEN NOONE WANTS IT ? The long term holders probably have gut full of the Italian bureaucratic laws regarding permit etc.... But for 12 cents a share it seems bloody cheap to ignore and to sell out now, so for me I will hold on till the end or as long as Masterman still have confident to buy more ! Good luck to all !!!!
