This puts the whole company at risk, and all the IP that KTG owns....if they couldn't come up with the funds, then they should have pulled out of the deal.
This really shows some serious incompetence of the board.
Obviously the reason it has taken so long to get this company out of a trading halt, is they couldn't obtain funding!
Shareholders are really over MoUs that the company announces - incompetent!
