They giving Dividend at 92% payout ratio (by using special dividend) which isn't sustainable either... nor it looks promising as they probably stratching their limits to maintain high share price that poppedout during covid... !
they could stop paying special dividend and use the cash for growth but results won't be good for share price so they keep paying dividends at higher payout ratio..!
